Why did we quit our jobs?
Because we were sick of waiting on people. So, what did we do today? Wait on people. How did this happen? I don't know, but we should have known better. We were convinced to stay in Broke through the weekend to help out at Marion's sons 30th birthday party. We're suckers, but we were lured with money. Of course we were more than welcome to stay at the party (after the lunch had been served) and drink ourselves silly, but after waiting on people for a few hours, even if they're nice, good people, all I want to do is go somewhere quiet. And so here we are at Liz and Joes house, the first time we've had alone since we left the states. It's wonderful.

Hey! I finally had a chance this morning to catch up on your blog when Raja slept on Carl for two glorious hours! I figured I'd comment so you could feel some love... I'm impressed with how you've kept up with the posts and I love the stories you tell. It really was enjoyable reading everything. You look great in the pictures. I miss you terribly. Carl keeps asking who I want to invite down this weekend and I always think Sam and Jen. He even knows cause he'll say besides Sam & Jen who would you want to see... so all I've got to say is when your butts get back stateside and you've recovered from the culture shock you need to come visit my boy and me as soon as possible. I'm glad you're enjoying Australia. If you end up in Melbourne let me know, you can stay with my family and my cousins will show you a good time.Have you gotten used to people saying No Worries yet? I'm glad you left creepy woman's house. Take Care of yourselves. Love you.
